we back our products to stand the test of time. all storm skin bike covers come with a 12-month guarantee. if you are the original owner and your item develops a fault due to defects in materials or faulty workmanship, please contact us at nick@stormskin.net.

we’re not big on waste, so our first instinct will always be to try to repair your cover. If repair is not possible then we will replace your cover free of charge.

the warranty excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, including improper care, treatment or exposure to conditions deemed beyond normal conditions, misuse or where the product is deemed to have come to the end of its life through reasonable wear and tear. any liability is limited to the item only and excludes any consequential loss.

what’s not included:

cosmetic damage, discolouration where the function/performance of the product is unaffected
accidental damage, e.g. where a product is caught on a sharp object or dropped.
neglect or deliberate damage
the product is used for commercial or business use
where the use, servicing, cleaning or maintenance does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

we regret that we can only reimburse postage costs if the goods are faulty. we strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

this warranty gives specific legal rights; it does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer and which may vary from country to country.

please be aware that any repair or exchange may take up to 4 weeks. proof of purchase is required.
